I'm co-founder and CEO of Mindset AI, which I started in 2020 to build digital infrastructure for the knowledge economy. Our current focus is Memex AI, a decision and knowledge layer for AI-native engineering teams.
Before Mindset I was co-founder and CTO of Workshare, which we sold to HG Capital in 2019 as part of their consolidation of Litera, Microsystems and Workshare into a single drafting platform. That was my second stint there. I originally co-founded Workshare in 1999 and spent nearly a decade as its CTO and board director, running worldwide product marketing and R&D while the company grew to market leadership across sixty-four countries.
Between the two Workshare tenures I founded Tyger Consulting, an early-stage technology incubator, and co-founded SkyDox as CEO, building a cloud-based secure file-sharing and collaboration platform. Earlier still I founded SQL Development Ltd and Information Management Services Ltd.
Over thirty-five years in the industry I've led engineering teams of hundreds, raised money across multiple cycles, and shipped software that's generated hundreds of millions of pounds in revenue.
Alongside the day job I volunteer with organisations focused on social mobility. Helping people see they are greater than they think they can be is the thread that runs through all of it.
